East Bank Learning Center East Bank Learning Center, located on the Madison Center campus, is recognized through accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) for providing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth of young children. Our experience-based approach provides children the opportunity to develop to their full potential. We encourage children to follow their natural tendencies to explore and actively experience the world around them, which fosters a healthy sense of self-esteem as they experience the joys of making new friends and mastering new skills. Ages We Serve East Bank Learning Center is a comprehensive preschool for children ages 1 to 6 years, with summer day camp available for children through age 10. Teaching Staff Our staff includes degreed and experienced early childhood professionals. Staff members are positive and sensitive to their responsibilities to children and are committed to early childhood education. They recognize the connection between early school experiences and success later in life. The child-adult ratio ensures individualized and age-appropriate instruction. Hours of Operation East Bank Learning Center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fees Tuition is determined by each child’s age and schedule. Discounts are available to families enrolling more than one child, as well as to Madison Center staff. Discounts are also available if your employer is a member of the Madison Business & Industry Clinic employee assistance program.
